This is a great start. Thanks to everyone who has stepped up. I can't stress how important this meeting is. The future of our sport literally depends on it. Don't think others will do your work for you. Whether you've come to 6 meetings or this would be your first one, you NEED to make this one.

What time would I need to be there if I wanted to speak at the 7pm time? Will there be a second check-in time or does a person still need to be there before 1:30 if he wants to speak at 7? I don't think I can get off work, but might be able to leave a bit early to drive up for the later time. Anyone need extra time for a presentation?

I think you should give yourself 1-2 hours before the 7pm session to get signed up, or to cede time to someone. The more new faces that speak the better, just go up and say you support support WG 2.

For those that are wondering what to say, or what the format will be, here is an example:

All of these comments were included because they were helpful. Ranting and raving, and losing your cool at the microphone does not help. Slamming the MLPA process at this point doesn't help. The process is going to conclude on schedule, and there is no stopping it. The best thing we can do right now is provide support for the best map out there, and constructive criticism of the lines on the maps. We need to be specific in your comments about the proposals, and very specific about the geographies we are discussing.
