YANI!!!!!!! Where can I find that feta you brought? It was hands down the most amazing feta I have ever tasted. Please share, PLEASE!

Amazing. Did I say amazing and please, good. For those of you who did not get to try it this am, you missed out. Shameful, since we had to throw away much of that food.

yani 09-11-2011 04:08 PM

Whizz Bang!! That's French Valbreso available
at Costco. It come in a (aprox) 1.5lb small block.
Way less than $10. Very popular all over Europe,
except, of course, Greece.
(Pssss, Greek Feta is even better: Dodoni)

It's one of the few cheeses that goes well with
fish, shrimp, lobster, clams, & mussels.

Or, just crumble it over spaghetti and tomato sauce.
Breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

I've got a million recipes.
