Please help make Andy "Iceman" Allen a cover model
 

Jackson kayak has a contest for a submitted photo to be their cover photo for their Facebook page. They chose 16 photos to be finalists and Andy is featured in one of them. The photo was taken at dawn at the Rady charity tournament. I can't think of anyone that deserves to be the cover photo for a kayak company more than Andy. He is always there for advice, help, promoting the sport and innovating kayak rigging. His sense of humor makes him approachable for newbies and veterans alike.
Please go to the Jackson Kayak Facebook page and put one of our own in the national spotlight, he surely deserves it.

Liked it as well, good luck. I was surprised at some of the pics, not anything I would have thought to put as a cover shot. I think overall Andy's speaks not to just kayak fishing but kayaking in general and the commitment people put into the sport.

I RELUCTANTLY voted for Andy
because I'm really worried that when he becomes famous he will forget about all us little people. He will start hanging out twerking and throwing eggs at people's houses with his new friends Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber. He will be too cool to paddle his own kayak and will probably hire someone from his newly formed posse to it for him. I just dread the day that I yell out to him "Hey Andy... It's me, Cbad from BWE, Can I borrow a dollar? " and he just looks at me like he doesn't even remember meeting me at the Fred Hall show last year. Just be forewarned that if he wins the only time we will ever see him again will be at Lakers games sitting court side with his new bffer Lil Wayne...
