I'll leave the polls open on this one.
Am I going to have more or less fishing time this coming year and years to follow? Only one way to find out..

Alright, big congrats! It was that second child that shut me down...for about 15 years. Jim

Congrats man, I say if you picked the right one it should be the same. Kids thats a different story, I will let u know next year about that one.:cheers1:
|
That's awesome man! Congrats!
|
Looking good with the catch of your life. Congratulations to both of you Brandon. Christine is a keeper, you guys will do just great together.
|
That depends
On whether she knows how to kayak , fish , and swim ? Congrats
|
Congrats!
|
congratulations!! Got to agree with Chuck D. The warden only gives me a hard time. When the kids give her a hard time. Other then that its pretty smooth sailing.
|
Congrats!
|
Thanks guys, appreciate it a lot. It was a long time coming for the engagement. Caught her off guard and her reaction was priceless. The surprise party at her parents afterwards had her in some pretty good tears. 🍻
|
Congrats man.
|
Another one bites the dust!!
|
Congrats! I fish more now that I am married.
When I was single I was too busy chasing the other kind of tail :) |
Congrats man. Nothing says 'forever' like his & hers kayaks.

Hahaha, good one. |
Congratulations.
Start telling her that you want to buy some new expensive equipment and go on a lot of very expensive multi-day trips. When she says NO WAY, you then can compromise down to a lot of time otw fishing from your "old beat up leaky kayak" only because you love her so much :) My wife fell for it for a few years. When she stopped she became my ex. :D Congratulations again and I wish the best for both of you! :cheers1: |

Congrats! I am sure I would have self-destructed before now had I not gotten married. Best decision I have ever made, or had made for me.

Congregation. Newborns slow it down but you do get a fishing Buddy for life when they are older
|
Congrats!
Happy wife= happy life (aka more fishing time). I didn't start really fishing until last year (son 3 going on 4 then). But I'd imagine that with a newborn, you get next to zero fishing time the first year. Newborns are a hand full |
I see.......
PA and a bunch of rods and reels for sale! First dibs! Seriously, congrats.....the right person will respect that fishing is part of YOU..... You can only get castrated if you allow it to happen.......(Frank):D |
Hook her up with her own Kayak and get out with her, or get a tandem kayak. Congrats man.
|
Thanks guys! Can't wait for the open bar...
|
That was the one day I got what ever I asked for. Drinks, extra servings, drinks, extra servings it was Heaven. .
Whats the one food that kills a woman's sexual appetite? Wedding Cake!!!!!! |
I can say that she has been a little extra nice the last couple of days. But I'm hoping it lasts a little longer than a week!
|
Congrats there man. I'd say after being through the whole thing, your gonna have less time fishing soon. For 1, the wedding planning. 2 - greeting all the friends and becoming closer to everyone in the circle of families, friends, and co-workers. So for the next 1 1/2 to 2 years, plan to hang the kayak out dry or storage cause you'll be quite busy. :luxhello:
|
Congrats man. Nothing should change if you picked the right one for your liking. Guys the that get locked down by their women after they get married are a bunch of chumps.

I had a sh*t load of stuff typed up and I realized that I could sum it all up with one word.
COMPROMISE When you learn to do that your marriage will work, without it you might as well not even show up to the wedding. |
Congrats! Nothing better than tieing the knot and moving on.
In my experience, the initial answer is less. But then there is the next generation; get them hooked and the answer is more, lots more. |
Congratulations!

You might spend a little less time on the water. And that's because you'll be with her. And you should be otherwise why marry her.
My wife is fine with me going fishing as long as I spend time with her as well. It has to be balanced. She actually gave approval to buy a boat. If you can spend time with her on the water it goes a long way. Even if she doesn't fish. Leave the rods at home and spend time with her out there. It'll pay off. She should also have her own hobbies or things she likes to do. Coordinate your fishing days with when she'll be doing her own stuff |
