Anyone have an address for something close to the launch that I can punch into the GPS? I'm pretty sure I can find it again, but just to be sure!

Just follow that street all the way west to the launch. The launch ramp will be very busy unless you get there very early. Or if you have wheels you might want to turn north on the last street before the beach to get to the parking lot. It is about 2+ blocks down on the left, you can't miss it. You can unload in the parking lot and walk your yak down the boardwalk to the launch.
