holes that needs to be plugged
 

There is a couple of holes from wiring and screws located next to the cup holder. The wiring hole is about a quater inch big and the screws are about the size of a pen...jus silicone? or are there plugs i can use? The outback already has more ram mounts then i can use so that's not an option

I use a pencil torch and a flat head screwdriver to melt and seal the hole back up. If you do it carefully it'll be hard to tell unless you're looking for it.

sometimes the best bet is stainless hardware to keep it looking clean. on a bigger hole you can use a 2 stainless washers and nut a bolt.

Smaller holes
 

On smaller holes and repairs I have always found a hot glue gun works great. The tip of the glue gun melts the plastic a bit and helps the glue bond. Inside the hull the glue will mushroom which helps holding it in and after its dry you can trim the glue flush with the outside of the hull and barely tell there is a repair. I've never had one of these plugs fail and just plain hot glue sticks work well.

Thanks guys! smaller holes i melt some left over plastic i found inside the yak and patched it using a flat head and a pencil torch....the bigger hole was about 3/4 inch I bought a nylon plug at homedepot that fit perfectly goop in the inside and sealant in the outside

thanks guys for the help and info....if i had to do it again i probably would have smoothed out the small holes with a pencil torch and fill it with hot glue gun

i have an outback also. i installed a torqueedo motor on it. the kit came with a plastic cap for covering large holes. motor can be mounted in back of yak or in drive bay , in you want to change install locations and move wiring harness , that is what the cap is for .covers hole more than one inch. contact them . maybe sold separately . very clean . flush mount cap . water tight. it would look professional and of course minimal weight . probably grams. good luck. tight lines , Anthony

The holes i covered was for the controller wiring....for the motor to battery wiring the hole was almost 2inches....I needed a compass and the richie x21 is about that size so i put my dremel to work. I will see if i can get some pics up later

here are the pics the reason i would go with hot glue next time is because the plastic doesn't melt clean which resulted in a dirty smudge but it's functional. Think the hot glue would have been cleaner
