planning on going out in the bay for my first yak fishing, hopefully ill have my bait tank set up by then. I plan on being in the water by 0600 any else going to be out there? where do u get the yak scoops at in the bay?

is it the same one they use on the 1/2 day boat trips?

ya, its lit up with a bunch of christmas lights and smells like death. Dont bother just catch your own bait with a sabiki

Yup, even the 3/4 day boats & overnighters. Theres only one bait barge in NPH.

It looks like I will be picking my kayak up on Thursday afterwork. Given that I have the in-laws coming into town Saturday evening I was hoping to get out for a maiden voyage on Friday night or Saturday morning. This all hinges on my PFD arriving in time from BPS, if not would you have an extra?:)
