Newport Harbor this Sat (again)
 

I had too much fun last weekend, looking to go out again this Saturday. Launching from the CG station, arriving at 6am. I stayed in the Harbor last time, but I'm thinking of heading to Crystal Cove, maybe. Depends on the wind.

If anyone wants to join, be my guest! Red/Yum yum yellow OK Trident 13. I'm still learning the ropes of ocean fishing, but loving it. :reeling:

Where is the coast guard station? Might be in the area.

Its right off MacArthur and PCH. If you take the 73 South, get off at MacArthur (the last free exit on the toll road). Once you hit PCH, go left. Make the first right, and it's just down the road. There's 9 or 10 Beach Parking spots to park right at the station.

You can see the beach to launch from, and the parking lot that it backs in to. Thats the CG station parking. Hope to see you there!
