Had some issue with my Hully Rollers, 2years old, so called up Yakima. Spoke to John and verified I was the original owner. Sent them a couple photo of the problem. 2days later brand new one at my door. Thanks Yakima and John for No Hassle Customer Service and standing behind their product 100%

i've have all used yakima stuff. as well as thule stuff. and i must say, yakima is awesome. love their kayak mounts (the old TLC versions). they are awesome.
