Season for Giant Squid

do you know when is the season for these elusive giant squid? i need to catch them :reel:

There really isnt a season, they just show up sometimes and when they do they kill off a lot of the fish populations in the area. You will find that most people hope that they do not show up due to that.

I don't mind the occasional squid run, they pull hard! you can catch a bunch and they taste good to...if you know how to prepare them. Killing a bunch a squid is not a bad thing!

Spend 2hours cathing unlimited amounts of giant squid and spend another 4hours cleaning the ink off your fiberglass boat and upholstery........NOT! That's why I didn't chase them when I had my boat, fun to catch but not worth it.
