I'm fishing the Carlsbad kelp 9/20 care to join?
 

I'm going to do a close to home trip in the morning. I an on launching north of the power plant, and paddling the short distance to the kelp. Any one care to meet up?

I've only been once! And it's in my own back yard! Had decent success on the Calicos and Sandbass. There were a few rockfish as well. That was a Grey whale and dolphin spectacle day. Hoping to get a flattie.

Wish I was in town. Some other time for sure.

Sorry about the short notice. My wife was part of the Big Sister program when we lived in Dallas from '92-96. Her "little sister" is in town and our schedule revolves around her availability. My wife made a huge impact on this young ladies life when she really needed it. She has turned out to be a quite a woman.
