Roger-Dodger! That was me with my first kayak; excited, stoked, happy, frustrated, pissed, happy again, mad, sad and happy again.

Haha ya de-stoked from lack of leashes? Sounds like my first trip on the open ocean. Lost about 800$ worth of rods and reels . Brand new torium 30 . Saltist 40 and avet lx. All because I couldn't buy 40$ worth of leashes. And being hard headed thinking "I would never flip if I launch through a harbor"

Tony gives me sh*t all the time because everything that I have is leashed.......wait!!! he gives me sh*t about everything I do:mad:. I've lost rods and newish vhf radio due no leash on them.
