Open invite- Heading out Tuesday, either DP or LJ depending on what the forecast looks like on Monday afternoon. I'll be launching at or before 0600.

DP tide looks good for mid morning. It's gonna be a nice day.

Ill either be haeading out to DP or irvine lake.

Gotta work in the morning but will probably head out in the afternoon. Planning on hitting the halibut spot for a while to see what the bite is like.

Where do you launch from

I worked in the morning but got on the water at around 1:45, didn't see another yakker anywhere. A few short halibut and a feisty smelt was all I could coax up in 3 hours on the water.

I'll probably head out again tomorrow, around 11 or so


I launched from the Embarcadero boat launch today.

I launch from a little beach, I think it's known as baby beach? Back of the harbor, long paddle.

Better than me! Must have missed you, I got off around 230. Had a couple good fights out deep on the pipe but broke off both times, 25 lb leader. It was foggy otw until noon it seemed.

Yea I headed towards Doheny, I looked around on my way but couldn't spot anyone on the water.

It was foggy in the AM but cleared a bit by the time I made it out. The fog rolled in thick again right after I got home, around 5:30 or so. Hopefully it'll be clear all day tomorrow. Nice fresh lively anchovies today!
