Patrick, I'll take two bottles for Las Encantadas, what's the price? They located in Encinitas but I cannot read their phone #. Thanks

That place is great! My favorite thing about the store is they let you taste everything before you buy it. Try the truffle salt and the plank rub next time you're in there.

I don't like salt mixtures myself. You can't salt to taste without over/under seasoning, and you can't season to taste without over/under salting. Buy ground pepper and buy salt. Probably save a bit of coin too.

I don't normally use table salt on anything. But I do enjoy all types of spices. My dad had heart problems and salt was hardly used at our house.
They also do a few smoked salts that are great.

Looks good! I get a bunch of gormet salts from a company that's at the farmers markets that I work at. I currently have: ghost pepper, habanero, roasted garlic, and smoked varieties. Not sure what these guys have but you should check em out. They're called Hepps Salt Bar. Happy cooking!

In moderation it's fantastic. A touch beyond moderation and it's still fantastic. That is where I stop.

Warning if eating Ghost wings, wash your hands before doing anything else, rubbing your eyes, taking a piss, anything. A buddy of mine failed to do so and found out that heat is very painful in many ways.
