Hey Jim,

Thanks for posting this. Did the DFW list this on their website somewhere? I did a quick search through that statistics section, didn't see it. I'd be interested to dive through all the stats and do some analysis.

Sweet! Long beach it is! Thanks Jim

That middle breakwater is quite a paddle. I'm surprised Redondo didn't make the list.

There really is no longer a Redondo break wall location on the report card...it's now "King Harbor up to Santa Monica" and if you look closely you'll see that "Pt. Vicente to King Harbor and "King Harbor up to Santa Monica" accounts for about 11% of the total estimated catch. I know I did my part!
The Long Beach Breakwall where those giant Bugs came from last season is better hooped from a skiff...thats a long paddle/peddle from any "legal" put in.

Thanks Jim! This is some great info.

It also tells me why all my trips to the DP jettie have been (for the most part, a 1-2 lobster night was a big win) unproductive.......

I hear you. But there is something fun about sorting through 60 shorts to get those 2 clickers, I mean keepers.
