2015 Product Demo day and Fishing Derby
 

Sunday 11/16 OEX Misison Bay will be hosting a demo day to showcase all the new 2015 kayaks. Demos of the Thresher140/155, Kraken, Slayer 10, and all other models stocked at this location. Jim Sammons will be on hand to give insight on the Kraken and CJ Siebler will be here to give insight on the Thresher's.

In addition to the Demo we will be offering hot dogs and beverages and a fishing derby.

For derby anglers may launch at any time and weigh fish behind the store between 10 and 2. Largest fish (no sharks skates or rays) will win a prize pack. There will be no entry fee for this derby.

Store will open at 9am and Demos will be available from 10-4.

You guys have fun, check them all out. For those going to Gonzaga tomorrow with me, you will each have a day to try out the THRESHER 140. Water temps there now 75+, air temps high 70's day and mid 60's at night. Winds below 10 mph.

Looks like the good old check the calendar to know the day and then accidentally put today's date mistake. I'm a master of doing this lol

Oops yeah 11/16- Hearing a lot of feedback about this being same day as chargers/raiders game and also final race of Nascar season. How many of you would like to attend but this will be why you wouldnt come?

I was just thinking about calling to see if I can test paddle the kraken, Thresher and see what this hobie hype is all about. Unless something comes up I'll hopefully be there. :luxhello:

Yikes, I won't be going because of all the activities going on that day. Also, I haven't seen any other promotions for this demo besides this post.

Just an FYI, we have the Thresher 140 to demo now along with the Kraken if you are too far north of SD to attend.

Can we just stop in and have a test any day or is it a specific day? Sunset beach is half the drive for me

pretty much any day would work, calling ahead would be a good idea, I NEED to spend time on the water purely for product testing. :D
