Might get whole day free on Monday....anyone want to join? Thinking early launch, get bait hit it deep and try for a YT at LJ...would be first.

What time you heading down? I'm in Fallbrook.

Probably be rolling by 0530... On the beach just after sunrise...between 0630 and 0700.
First trip to LJ in my new"Er" Outback....done making that paddle in from the deep. Also pumped on actually seeing what's below since it's set up with a fishfinder(:). Slightly concerned with weather...have to play it by ear.

Just Re-checked the weather....3-4 ft. Swell at 8 seconds, wind waves 3 ft. Wind 10 knots in morning...20% chance of rain....
Might have to scrap the plans and save my "Credits" for another day.:doh:

Was doing the same, thinking about heading out Tuesday looks to be ankle slappers all day.

I can generally fish any day with 24hrs notice so next time you get a free day let me know and I'll join you.

Cool! The only other guy I've fished with on here is Brian "SurfFisher." We both hit up Carlsbad/Terra Mar on occasion. Still figuring out La Jolla, although I've had plenty of help and advice from dudes on here and in the water there.
