Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it illegal to spear a fish from the Doc or a boat? I thought I read that somewhere.

Yup, I read somewhere the other day that the dfg is looking to fine him. But that was just a random comment on the threads, so who knows.

You legally have to be IN the water not standing on a boat, dock or sitting in kayak.
