The Kraken's Maiden voyage and my 1st YT
 

Took my new JK Kraken out to JL today. Hit the water at 6:30 and hooked up to my first Yellowtail at 2:00. Glad to see you hooked up, beside the mako in the AM didn't catch nada.

I literally caught the Mack 5 mins after I seen you last. Hooked it on and it wasn't 15 mins the Drag Symphony was playing strong.

After reading so many guys catching there firsts lately I had high expectations in my self. I was nervous however that alot of guys had hit up JL some 20 plus times with no YT success. I'm pretty lucky and humble that this was only my 4th time out there.

Congrats on the yellow, nice way to break in the new yak. 4th time out, you know the saying "better off lucky than good"

Lol, that's me 0-10, or something like that. I've got yellows in orange, la, & ventura counties so I'm starting to think san diego hates me.

When I saw you on the water, I thought your kayak was a thresher. I just watched like 5 videos on the kraken. That looks like a pretty sweet boat! It'll give the thresher a run for the money in offshore yaks, that's for sure!
