Redondo Hand Launch Winter Maintenance!
 

Does anyone know why it's going to take them five months to do maintenance on the hand lunch at Redondo? And if that thing is closed what are our alternatives?
It looks like it's closed from Oct 28th through March for Winter Preparations and maintenance. (They have a few signs up as you walk toward the hand launch)
This is gonna be a bummer.

It may be El Nino paranoia?

They built that thing so bad last time, it was falling apart just about as soon as it was done. Somebody does not want small craft taking their Lobsters me thinks.
