Do you know if you can use this in Skinner or DVL?

I was told buy the head admin at DVL you could use this at Skinner & DVl, if you sit in the lower position.I also bought the front cover that i would use to close in the bow.

sure i have 2..:D this yak alone still retails for 1300. Also have $80 cart dolly i'll toss in.
