That looks so good. I think you should open up a small restaurant. There is a little 5 store chain called the Fish District that's pretty good but you would top them hands down Yanni..

SamBal vs. Sriracha

Learned something new... never heard of SamBal before.

In the past I used Sriracha to spice up sushi rolls and smoked fish dip.

I need to pick up a jar.

Didn't read the recipe yet, but sambal olek is the bomb!so much more flavor than Sriracha.
