Fished a live lizard fish under ingraham st bridge for no luck. All in all a good day on the water.

Is your wire contraption with 5 plastics more for trolling or jigging?

I mostly troll......I'm thinking a yt might hit it someday....
 

Back up plan if i don't catch any live mackerel, You can do both with it.
It's called an unbrella rig or Alabama rig by California law you can only use three hooks.
Think of it as a scoop of bait.....
