Dana Point Baby Beach open ?

I heard OC beaches are open now but not sure parking lots and bathroom

Last time I launched boat lamp they raised launching fee 10$ to 15$ and there was no bathroom, near the sport-fishing place one was closed due to covic 19 and I asked to use clubhouse one but they said not opened yet and didn't wanna open for me

So anyone knows baby beach condition and parking lot and bathroom available for kayakers ?

I drove by baby beach Friday and the parking lot was still closed, along with the restrooms.
