This Rule Change only affects the following people.

RULE
1. Greggo is Prohibited from Fishing for Halibut.

2. Josh P. Must Surrender His Jig Sticks Before Launching from the Shores.
(both of them)-and May Not Use, Borrow, Lease, or Handle Any Jig Stick Until Sunday September 13, 2009

3. Larry Lauman Must Fish Blindfolded at All Times. With the exception of launching and landing. (He has a family)

4. Matt Must Launch Backwards Into The Surf.
ie. Stern facing West, Eyeballs Facing East. -The Opposite goes for the Landing.:biggrinjester: And He will Receive No Food Afterwards.

5. Tyler May Only Fish by Hand Lining 20lb. Spectra. (No Gloves Allowed)

6. Corey Will Receive No Bait Whatsoever, and is Prohibited from Making, or Buying Any Bait. (You'll have to Talk That Fish Into Your Lap Buddy):)

7. Andy The Iceman Must Launch from Dana Point, but May Launch His Kayak at Any Time. (To Be Fair):doh:

8. Kurt's Fishing Area is Restricted to the 600 Ft Contour. (No Sharks Allowed, Unless He is Attached to Your Body)

9. Dorado50 is Prohibited from Fishing For Any Big Game Fish. Calico's Only For You. (This is the only way to move you off that spot)

10. Anyone of Russian Decent Must Convert to a Spear Fisherman For This Tournament. No Kayak Fishing Allowed.

4:30 Check in starts

5:30 You may launch. (there will be a bait boat out there!) yes its free!

5:31 Start fishing! Remember, you can weigh only one Calico Bass per
person. I will have 3 weigh boats out there.

7:00 Check in ends

7:01 I crack my first beer

11:30 BBQ will start

1:30 Final weigh in at Kate Sessions Park, No Exceptions!

3:00 Raffle will start
