Want to help with the MLPA lawsuit? Ocean Access Protection Fund
 

Remember the recent court ruling against the MLPA? The lawsuit that is forcing secretive MLPA committees to open up their records was funded by the Ocean Access Protection Fund.

The judge ruled that the MLPA Blue Ribbon Task Force and Science Advisory Team are state agencies. All along, these groups violated California's open meeting and conflict of interest laws. More legal action is likely.
