tandem loader?
Not really new or innovation, but for easy loading from rear of a sedan I use an inverted kayak cart (from Walmart) on the trunk in tandem with the suction cup channel loader from Malone on the rear...

oceanside launch
The kayak specific launch is small and more for SUP's. You would have to carry across small bridge. You should be able to Google Map and see a photo.
