Nice peppy anchovies at the bait barge, some are pretty large. Halibut are definitely around, caught 6 today but all around 20". Hooked a big one but my #15 leader was no match for it. It just peeled off drag and snapped. A few big ones caught this week, #25 or so. You'll find them shallow.
