Got a new HH350 on a warranty exchange!! Wow. Way to go Cobra Electronics!!!
I did have my old receipt which I'm sure helped, but the damage was clearly from neglect on my part so I'm surprised they helped me. Talk about great customer service.
I like the new HH350 too
It's less bulky and blocky and all the buttons are centralized and not as easily pushed down as the 330 which is nice if you forgot to lock your keypad.
