Personally, I think kayak fishing is less about a 'trophy' fish and more about the adventure and the hunt. Every time you go out you are going on an adventure, hunting for a fish, and to me any fish is a trophy (well maybe not lizardfish
)... When I'm out on my kayak, which is not often enough, I'm a world away from traffic, land lubbers and closed in spaces, it is my happy place.
