Fished La Jolla today 4/2 surf was a rodeo going out but after making it out fishing was great. Lots of kelp bass, kelp rockfish, sheephead, and whitefish. Fished 70-150’ on small pockets of fish with shrimp. Red tide was clearing up a little more then On Monday trip. Found some clearer water hear and there about two miles off. Surf wasn’t to bad coming in but still got the best of me. If anyone finds a bait rod the ocean ate mine haha.
