Am I the only one hallucinating that at the end of Round 2, we only have two external proposals? How did we get back to having three?
If this is what the I-team is thinking, I have zero trust in them. We went through this sh$t with External C not once, but twice already.
Kayakfishermen, spearos and fishermen need to show up on July 28/29 to straighten this mess out.
