I just read the latest addition of Kayak Fisherman Magazine from the link posted above. This is a really good magazine. Interesting articles focus on the stuff yakfishers really care about.
In this issue there is a "must read" article by Tyler Webb that will help anyone new to the whole MLPA issue understand what is at stake, where we are today and how we got there. It is well written and full of insight.
I also enjoyed the beautiful photography that accompanied an article about several of the Hobie guys showing their stuff on a trip to Baja.
