Mirage Drive on reentry
Ds,
I'm to stiff to "jump out" in knee deep water, so ride it all the way, and so am anxious about leaving the fins exposed. Mostly I land at about a 30 to 75 degree angle to the beach. Couldn't a turbo fin get caught on a rock or just wedge into the sand and bend a shaft?
Do you surf it all the way into the sand, then drag it to the drier sand?
I leash my Drive to an eyelet I installed, so I'm more worried about flipping when the front hatch is open!
