Trout season has started up here in North County, and I've been doing a bit of trout fishing. I was curious if anyone has used trout carcasses for bug bait. I've heard salmon heads worked well, and thought trout might be the same.

Trout works well I have used it. Good way to use up that one trout that you lost in the bottom of the chest freezer from who knows when lol
