Cbad Lagoon Update
Showed up around 11 and fished till 1.
All catch & release ... of course. 1 Halibut ~19-20inches ![]() 12 Spotted bay bass Was super slow on the swimbaits, although I did land a small halibut at a random spot. Headed to YMCA, ditched the swimbaits and tried a spinner bait and it was game on from there. Caught 12 spotties in the last hour before I had to leave. At one point, I was 5 casts for 5 fish .... I was close to shore when I caught the Hali so I just hopped off to take a photo real quick before releasing. |

Nice amount of action, love when the blade works. One of few places that I have not fished.

Yea I've actually never tried a blade before! Was pleasantly surprised with how well it worked.
The vintage gear is basically all I use haha works for now till I find a need to upgrade. |
