Good rod/reel set up for bay?
Hello I'm looking to get a set up for bay fishing. Bass/halibut. Any recommendations on a set up to throw swim baits and grubs around? Thanks!

Shonuff, I use chartreuse, white and rustic rd grubs. Far as line 6-12ibs Berkeley Vanish.Using a SLOW retrieve around the eel grass.Use drop shot rig for slow or stationary, and chrome/blue krocidile.Otherwise enjoy the paddle.

Nice I'll keep that in mind, what about rod/reel set up. Sorry I wasn't clear in my original post.

7'6" Okuma Shadow Stalker in M for the rod and a Shimano Cardiff 200 for the reel.
