Help a newbie kayaker find YT/use a fish finder.
Ive been fishing off my yak for about 6 months now, and I got a cuda fish finder a few weeks ago. I dont know what to look for on the ff, I know that your looking for bait balls but what exactly determines if its bait? Also is there a different type of image on the ff for YT? Might sound like stupid Q's, but maybe you guys have some info. Or if I could buddy up some day with you expert veterines out there to get an up close teaching. Thnx guys, pm me if willing to show a newbie the ropes on catching homeguard yellows. Unfourtantley I broke my hand, so ill be out of commission for 4 weeks, f*#:in sucks. Thnx again. NICK

I have the same F/F good marks usually look like this. These can also be vertical sometimes.
------____ -_____ -------------------____ scattered bait looks like this. ------------ -------- -------- - - - - --------- - ------- - - -- - - If is a bait ball it will look like a cloud.......look for the "good marks" on the perimeter.
