Minimizing tackle storage for kelp
One of the issues I've been having is dealing with my normal tackle bag. I have a hard time twisting around to pull it from the milk crate behind my seat, so I have been keeping it between my legs. It's not a huge bag, but big enough to be annoying. So , I've been looking for a compact storage box that had some way of attaching a leash to it. Something in which I could keep all of my tackle essentials in near proximity without sacrificing comfort. I thought it would be easy to find, but no such luck. I finally bought a 2 level, Plano box and added a leash. It seems to have plenty of room for all I should need. The only thing I'm not too keen on is the latches on the box, so I figured I could twist tie it during launch and landing. Just to be safe. |

Is that case waterproof?
If it isn't ditch it and go get a waterproof one.
