Nothing like capsizing your kayak to suck the piss and vinegar from your salty dog self huh? A week and a half ago, my second surf launch, after washing out in the surf (real bad...) I finally get out, only to capsize my kayak. I was embarrassed and pissed! Guys were catching YT around me, and I was nothing but a drowned rat! I only lost one tackle box (full of irons). Everything else was strapped down nice enough to where I didn't lose anything. That's one good thing I guess... Some one told me when I got into this little fishery, "it's not a matter of if, but when".
