LB Wall Bangin (12.02.13)
Finally decided to visit the Long Beach Breakwall again, with the conditions being pretty good for the day.
Got to the surf pretty late, with a 6ft high tide. Glassy conditions all day with very low wind. Got to the outside wall & lobster traps for Zero biters, did that for 1.5hrs. Moved to the inside wall, and they started chewing. I lost a lot more gear than I usually do due to 12lb leader. Oh well. Short Calico on the DropShot. ![]() Short Sand Bass on the DropShot. ![]() 15in Sand Bass on the DropShot, released. ![]() Came across this Seal feasting on a Shovelnose Shark on the way back in while drifting for Halibut (Video). ![]()
