This is a jack mackerel, what people call a Spanish:
 What sdspeed posted was a pacific green mackerel or chub mackerel aka greenie. I can't believe there's this much confusion. yakdout, I've only ever seen it as jurel in a can. But yes Jurel is generic for jack.
