Roll call for Wednesday 10/21 MLPA meeting - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

What time would I need to be there if I wanted to speak at the 7pm time? Will there be a second check-in time or does a person still need to be there before 1:30 if he wants to speak at 7? I don't think I can get off work, but might be able to leave a bit early to drive up for the later time. Anyone need extra time for a presentation?
