They should allow fish from like 14"-18" and then one over 22" everything in between has to be thrown back with a 3-5 bag limit. They practice this a lot of the big bass lakes I fish and TX resulting in monsters. I'm sure it would work the same for saltwater as well. __________________ If you're looking for me I'm
