The reality really sunk in at Fred Hall Del Mar, where Dgax brought in a closure proposal put together by a Scripps Institute biologist. It locked up the entire southern half of the kelp.

I can't help that I'm a smart ass. But I also hoped to get some people to take action. I also sent you that SIO paper in December, guess you were not paying attention.
