Is that not supported by the license fees and so many other taxes we pay already? Both directly and indirectly?

And why do we need a special CDFW division of expensive trained dogs, dog equipment, dog living quarters, dog delivery infrastructure, dog poop removal personnel, dog food, dog medical plans, and dedicated dog handlers with guns riding around with their K-9 dog law enforcement partners on very expensive patrol boats like in the picture above?

Just curious.
