Looks like the way work is going, I'll be there the afternoon of the 6th because I have to cover for the boss.
Bob - is the smoker down there or should I bring mine? I think pulled pork sandwiches smoked 12 hours in mesquite are in order. Because of arrival and cook time I can cover dinner Friday night or Saturday... |
