So, I'm fishing Cabrillo yesterday and have my radio on SCAN MODE and hear this chatter......there was more but I didn't record it. Some people are pretty ignorant and stubborn.....I would have stopped immediately.

I'm really surprised that they didn't use deadly force on this guy, they told him at least a dozen times to get out. Apparently, he had a permit to dock in that area but he refused to wait for them to confirm it. Eventually, they confirmed he had a permit but even then he still kept pushing it. At the end they told him to maintain a speed of 5knots, he responded, "10-4, will maintain a speed of two five knots". At this point they told him again to ease off or they would use deadly force. Fishing must be really good in that area.
