Its lightweight, packable, quick-drying, breathable, does not soak up water, and it floats! Look for the stuff with the anti-microbial fabric. It's got silver or ceramic particles in it. Keeps it smelling like new for months without washing. Just rinse the blood off and you're good to go again. Cold weather. Insulation layer is Polartech fleece or Primaloft synthetic. Outer Layer is waterproof-breathable for winter and wind shirt for summer |
