I will be fishing out at newport this comming sunday with 4 of my buddys, we usually rent the skiffs out at daveys locker and roam around the harbor but we all just recently puchased kayaks this year. I also have few buddies with me used to rent skiff in NPH, and i bought my kayak around 6 months ago, but none of my buddies willing to buy a kayak, either afraid of shark or no storage space, or can't swim....good to hear all 4 of your buddies join in for the fun~~~~

There is 80% of chance i will be there on Sunday, launch out from CG station around 8AM, maybe you guys already outside the harbor, but say hi if you see me, or take me outside of NPH, i never been out by myself on a kayak yet...
